President Obama...The Campaign Begins

THERE IS...

The Disrespect Of The Right-Wing
so much to say. So much to address. Before we get into this I feel like this disrespectful move by Arizona's Jan Brewer is just one in many disrespectful moves as well as comments made by Republithugs. I say thugs because if I put my finger in your personal space, I'm either trying to test you or I'm trying too start a fight. So what was it? Brewer was more than upset when her anti-immigration law SB1070 was picked up by the DOJ and challenged in Court. Her "papers please" law ie racial profiling law.
FROM THE DOJ...

Citing Conflict with Federal Law, Department of Justice Challenges Arizona Immigration Law
"...The Department’s brief said that S.B. 1070 will place significant burdens on federal agencies, diverting their resources away from high-priority targets, such as aliens implicated in terrorism, drug smuggling, and gang activity, and those with criminal records. The law’s mandates on Arizona law enforcement will also result in the harassment and detention of foreign visitors and legal immigrants, as well as U.S. citizens, who cannot readily prove their lawful status. In declarations filed with the brief, Arizona law enforcement officials, including the Chiefs of Police of Phoenix and Tucson, said that S.B. 1070 will hamper their ability to effectively police their communities..."     justice.gov
So maybe that resentment coupled with being called to the carpet by President Obama about some misinformation Governor Brewer included in her book.

"...she described Obama as lecturing her. In an interview in November Brewer described two tense meetings. The first took place before his commencement address at Arizona State University. "He did blow me off at ASU," she said in the television interview in November..."   cbs News
I suppose as Governor Brewer herself put it on FOX News, yet turned around to correct the LIE, she not the President is "thin skinned". Not too mention tight skinned and botoxed.

THE ABJECT DISRESPECT...

of the President from the right wing has become one of their staple hallmarks.  the absolute disregard for even the office of POTUS.  Last week serial adulterer Newt Gingrich told an audience of Republican supporters that he didn't want to bloody the Presidents nose he wanted to knock him out.

Watch it...

"...When asked how he planned to "bloody" President Obama's nose in a debate, Newt Gingrich on Tuesday said he wants to do more than bloody Obama's nose, he "wants to knock him out."..."   cbs News

THE HATRED...

of this President doled out daily by the right wing is unprecedented.  It's actually unbelievable.  As an average citizen, what I've seen and heard shocks me, yet it also embarrasses, me as a citizen of this Nation.  What's really sad is the fact that these people are not ashamed nor embarrassed by their own sociopathic behavior.  Yet, if you're a person with a conscience that is seared through how can you feel remorse for anything you do?  As I've said before, these people have repeated their LIES about the President, and have been inundated by the LIES of their peers about the President that they are living in their own delusion and their mythological Barack Obama has become their reality.

ONWARD AND UPWARD...

Stepping up and out of right wing world, let's move on to President Obama's 2012 campaign.  Yesterday the President flew over to Iowa and spoke clearly and concisely as he outlined his vision for an America "That's built To Last"

"...Our economy is getting stronger. We’ve got a lot of work to do, but it’s getting stronger. And we’ve come way too far to turn back now. After everything that’s happened, there are people in Washington who seem to have collective amnesia..."

FROM POLITICAL CORRECTION...

"...From December 2007 to July 2009 - the last year of the Bush second term and the first six months of the Obama presidency, before his policies could affect the economy - private sector employment crashed from 115,574,000 jobs to 107,778,000 jobs. Employment continued to fall, however, for the next six months, reaching a low of 107,107,000 jobs in December of 2009.
So, out of 8,467,000 private sector jobs lost in this dismal cycle, 7,796,000 of those jobs or 92 percent were lost on the Republicans' watch or under the sway of their policies. Some 671,000 additional jobs were lost as the stimulus and other moves by the administration kicked in, but 630,000 jobs then came back in the following six months. The tally, to date: Mr. Obama can be held accountable for the net loss of 41,000 jobs (671,000 - 630,000), while the Republicans should be held responsible for the net losses of 7,796,000 jobs. [Sonecon.com, 8/10/10, emphasis added..."

OBAMA CONTINUES...

"...They seem to have forgotten how we got into this mess. They want to go back to the very same policies that got us into it -- the same policies that have stacked the deck against middle-class Americans for years. And their philosophy, what there is of it, seems to be pretty simple: We’re better off when everybody is left to fend for themselves, and everybody can play by their own rules.
And I’m here to say they’re wrong. We’re not going to go back to an economy weakened by outsourcing and bad debt and phony financial profits. That’s not how America was built. We’re not going to go back to that..." President Obama in Iowa
